Job Spec: This is an early-career AI role, and that's intentional. A super interesting role for a talented, bright and agile-minded researcher with a consumer research agency background (quant, qual or mixed) who wants to work for a forward thinking and super exciting AI led business.

A unique role where you will be part of their mission in building a new kind of tech-enabled research company which combines all the best parts of research delivery with AI.

For this role, we are looking for someone with the right foundation who wants to grow fast, contribute immediately, and own their work. You will need to be comfortable with AI; someone who is curious and who genuinely integrates AI tools into everyday life and work. This entrepreneurial business is very willing to teach the technical side as it's the research understanding they are looking for. This is a client facing role.

Key traits that work really well within the product team include:

• Strong consumer insight / market research either at SRE or RM level
• Top notch academics
• Clear communication and structured thinking
• Curiosity around AI products and workflows
• You can demonstrate an interest in creating your own tools and automations or have worked closely alongside a team developing a system
• You're able to take the processes you've used to achieve research goals and translate them into structured workflows others can understand
• Individuals who are excited by ambiguity, building, and problem solving.
• You have a genuine curiosity about building new technology and want to be part of making something real.
