What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Quantitative Research Consultant, you'll work closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver customised, insight-driven research projects from brief through to strategic recommendation.


Your role will include:

  • Managing quantitative and mixed-methodology projects end-to-end
  • Designing questionnaires and research frameworks grounded in behavioural and cultural thinking
  • Analysing complex datasets using SPSS or Q to uncover commercially meaningful insights
  • Developing compelling reports, storytelling and strategic recommendations
  • Supporting and building strong client relationships across commercial and social sectors
  • Working across brand strategy, innovation, behaviour change and customer insight projects
  • Contributing to thought leadership around emerging methodologies, AI and cultural trends.

What They're Looking For
  • 3+ years' quantitative research agency or consultancy experience
  • Strong quantitative foundations across survey design, analysis and insight generation
  • Advanced capability with Q or SPSS
  • Experience working across consumer, brand, behavioural or strategic research projects
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in culture, human behaviour and changing markets
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a strategic consultant.
