The Role

Step into a pivotal role within the flourishing qualitative team. As a Qualitative Associate Director, you'll unravel the intricacies of human behaviour to help build great brands, shape compelling products and services, and craft outstanding customer experiences.

Working closely with the Director of Qual, you'll lead qualitative insights strategies for big-name clients while playing a key role in growing the agency's national qualitative practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Design and deliver bespoke research studies from proposal to presentation.
  • Conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups, workshops, ethnography, and online methodologies.
  • Integrate cultural insights, behavioral theory, and quantitative data to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Develop and present impactful strategies that drive client action.
  • Deliver insights through workshops, presentations, reports, videos, and other creative formats.
  • Contribute to the growth of internal qualitative capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and deepen client partnerships.

About You

You're a seasoned qualitative specialist with:
  • Significant experience in qualitative insights strategy.
  • Strong credentials in a market research agency environment.
  • A knack for critical and strategic thinking and solving complex problems.
  • Expertise as a storyteller, qualitative facilitator, and presenter.
  • Proven client servicing skills, with the ability to build and maintain deep relationships.
