The team delivers a diverse mix of customer, brand, communications, CX and market understanding projects for leading organisations across Australia and internationally. Projects range from fast-paced local studies through to large-scale multi-market programmes, often drawing together multiple data sources to uncover meaningful insights and drive action. The Role

This is a hands-on position working across the full research lifecycle, partnering with clients to tackle a broad range of business challenges. You'll manage customised research programmes, contribute to strategic thinking and play a key role in translating data into actionable recommendations.

No two days are the same.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking client briefs and understanding business objectives within the context of broader market, customer and industry trends.
  • Contributing to proposals and research design.
  • Managing quantitative and mixed-method research projects from end to end.
  • Conducting data analysis using Q and/or SPSS.
  • Developing compelling insights, implications and recommendations.
  • Building and managing strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Contributing to a collaborative and intellectually curious team culture.

Project Examples:
  • Assisting a manufacturer in identifying growth opportunities across Australia, the UK and Asia.
  • Leading a major programme exploring workforce challenges, skills shortages and retention strategies.
  • Delivering thought leadership, brand and innovation research for a global technology client.
  • Supporting organisations to understand customer experiences better and drive service improvements.
  • Working with major developers and infrastructure organisations on community and sustainability-focused initiatives.

About You

You'll bring 2-4 years' experience in a market research agency environment, ideally with a strong quantitative research background and experience managing projects across the full research lifecycle. Comfortable using SPSS and/or Q, you're a strong analyst and storyteller who can translate data into clear, actionable insights. With excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about people, markets and business challenges, you'll thrive in a varied, hands-on role and be eager to continue learning and developing your expertise.

Benefits

Join a fun, friendly and flexible team with a highly collaborative culture, where you'll enjoy hybrid working, volunteer and birthday leave, weekly team lunches, and ongoing learning and development opportunities. You'll also benefit from clear progression pathways and exposure to a diverse range of industries, methodologies and business challenges, helping you build your skills and accelerate your career.
