As part of a specialist Marketing Sciences team, you'll support a diverse portfolio of strategic research projects spanning brand, innovation, customer experience and communications.
You'll have the autonomy to manage multiple projects while continuing to build your expertise in advanced quantitative methods, working alongside experienced practitioners who are passionate about developing the next generation of marketing scientists.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the analytical delivery of quantitative research projects from fieldwork through to final outputs.
- Advising consulting teams on sampling, weighting, quotas and questionnaire design.
- Conducting sophisticated analyses to uncover meaningful commercial insights.
- Supporting advanced methodologies including segmentation, choice modelling, pricing and driver analysis.
- Creating engaging dashboards and visual outputs using Displayr, Power BI or similar platforms.
- Contributing to the ongoing evolution of analytical tools, techniques and ways of working.
- Working collaboratively with consultants and clients to solve complex research challenges.
You'll bring:- Around 3-5 years' experience in quantitative market research or marketing science.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex survey data.
- Advanced knowledge of SPSS and Q, with exposure to Displayr, R, Python, Sawtooth or Power BI viewed favourably.
- Experience managing weighting, sampling, data quality and statistical analysis.
- Confidence juggling multiple projects and working closely with client-facing research teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning new analytical techniques and methodologies.
