We're partnering with a highly respected global insights consultancy that sits at the intersection of Australia's largest retailers and FMCG manufacturers. They're looking for a Senior Program Manager to run the delivery of complex syndicated research that helps some of the world's biggest brands strengthen their commercial relationships.

The Role
A hands-on operational role managing the delivery of syndicated benchmarking programmes from survey setup through to final reporting.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing survey setup, testing and programme delivery
- Maintaining participant databases and respondent lists
- Working with retailer and manufacturer contacts to ensure the right people complete the right surveys
- Monitoring response rates and ensuring strong representation across categories, departments and organisations
- Coordinating qualitative interviews where required
- Reviewing data and reporting outputs before delivery
- Supporting client queries and managing portal access
- Collaborating with global operations teams to ensure seamless programme delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter ways of working.

About You
Your background is likely in:
- Category management, category analytics or trading
- Buying, merchandise planning or range planning
- National account management, trade marketing or customer/shopper marketing
- Supply chain, demand planning or retail operations
- Commercial, sales or insights analytics
- Market research operations or programme management.
Whatever your path here, you'll bring:
- A genuine understanding of how retailers and FMCG manufacturers are structured and work together, ideally in the grocery or supermarket channel
- Strong technical and Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and comfort working with large data sets, trackers and reporting outputs
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A meticulous eye for detail and pride in delivering accurate work
- A naturally curious, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships, ask questions and keep projects on track.
