Job Spec: With offices in London and conducting research across five continents, this independent qual boutique and strategy consultancy has a reputation for smart thinking and being perceptive to the ever-evolving consumer landscape. They provide global insight and consumer-grounded design guidance for many of the world's most recognisable CPG brands.

They have pioneered many innovative methodologies across multiple disciplines including packaging, visual brand language, and creative development. This often leads to NPD and innovation work and broader strategy pieces.

We seek candidates with solid consumer qual research experience - both f2f and online. This is a leadership position internally and an open attitude to new business will be expected. This does not mean cold calling or target driven outreach. It's about a proactive approach to content development and being active on social channels and events. Of course, at director level you will be involved in proposals and pitches.

You should be able to lead by example to inspire the team, challenge them, develop them, encourage their creativity, raise levels of productivity and to have fun.
