The Role:
You'll lead the continued growth of an established quantitative insights team, including:
- Working closely with the Sydney MD to go to market on all things quant
- Acting as a 2IC to the national Head of Quant
- Forging strong relationships with clients
- Leading quantitative thinking and deliverables
- Managing and growing the Sydney quant team
- Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
- Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
- Remaining hands-on with quantitative research and consulting.

The majority of its work is ad hoc and strategic, spanning opportunity identification and prioritisation, cultural modelling, market entry, segmentation, choice modelling, U&A, category drivers, innovation/NPD, consumer demand spaces, positioning and pricing.

And the client mix is just as varied, spanning major Grocery and FMCG brands through to Sports, Arts, Culture, Government and NFP.
About You:
We're looking for a seasoned quantitative strategist with:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in complex quantitative methodologies and client consulting
- Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
- Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges
- A passion for developing people and building capability
- Commercial acumen, curiosity and the ambition to help shape the future of the agency.
