Job Spec: Rare senior opportunity to join a specialist BtoB Technology market research agency situated in the Home Counties (commutable from Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey area.) As the leader of the Research Consulting team, you will be responsible for the performance, development and strategic direction of the team. You will be able to identify areas for improvement and further build on the successes of the team.


Key areas of focus:

• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team
• Set clear expectations and performance standards.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong management culture.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality qualitative and quantitative research programmes.
• Work with the senior leadership team on business strategy, priorities and company-wide performance
• Champion research excellence, innovation and best practice.
• Partner with commercial teams to support client growth, proposals and strategic opportunities.

• Significant leadership experience within a market research agency or consultancy.
• Experience driving performance improvements and developing teams
• Strong consultancy skills - substantial quant expertise and expertise across methodology and insights
• Strong commercial acumen, able to help drive performance in this area
• Experience operating at senior leadership level and contributing to business-wide strategy.
• Experience in BtoB Technology research is highly advantageous.
