Job Description

We're looking for a Program Manager to successfully manage the implementation and expansion of experience programs on the Forsta platform. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, partners, and team members to gather requirements, prepare budgets, develop project plans, and manage the delivery process, to ensure on time, on budget delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations for quality and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has experience implementing technology forward programs in the Voice of the Customer (VOC) or Voice of the Employee (VOE) space, understands the research process, including questionnaire design, report production, and data analysis, is passionate about helping customers achieve business outcomes, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Your role will require and challenge you to:

• Prepare project budgets
• Develop project statement of work
• Manage projects, including resource coordination and change management
• Be responsible for quality assurance, client management and customer success
• Advocate Forsta technology, solutions, and services
• Keep yourself informed of market and industry trends
• Assist with account development activities
• Provide input into product development roadmap.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role
• Experience with project management methodologies, e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.
• Experience with project management software, e.g., Jira, Teamwork, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Curiosity
• Love for technology
• You are a self-starter
• Being comfortable with ambiguity
• You enjoy a challenge
• Available for travel up to 10% of time.
