Job Spec: This role is based in the UK and successful candidates need to be UK based along with a valid working permit/visa.

On behalf of our client, we are on the lookout for a passionate, forward thinking, analytical Insight Executive to join their Insights and Analytics team across the Energy sector. Putting their consumers at the heart of their research, join a company with a focus on efficient energy consumption who pride themselves on reaching vulnerable audiences.

You can expect to be working across a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, within a fun, friendly and collaborative team. If you have strong communication skills, are passionate about research, want to develop both qual and quant skills whilst working on purpose led work, where you get to see the outcome, then this role may be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple studies simultaneously, in a timely manner, and to deadlines
• Creating and developing research materials to aid with the successful delivery of internal projects; questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data structuring and report writing
• Developing and maintaining trusted client and supplier relations
• Liaising with external research agencies, suppliers, stakeholders
• Working in a collaborative manner to ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of research findings across the team
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure that the teams research plans are set up appropriately and reflect broader organisational goals

Requirements:

• You will have proven hands-on Market Research Agency experience, managing sometimes complex projects incorporating multiple data streams
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong account management skills - building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent range of quantitative research skills, and able to lead a research project from inception to storytelling, with an interest in qualitative research (or qualitative experience would be a bonus)
• You will be detail-orientated, scrutinize research, share your ideas, and passion for finding the narrative
• Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks within the energy sector would be a bonus
• Proven experience of using crosstabulation
