Having successfully blended innovative technology with ad hoc/custom research which allows for the emphasis on consultancy/delivery, this international group goes from strength to strength! A super opportunity has arisen to head up the strategic insights team with an emphasis on client delivery. Working across mixed methods, you'll people manage, mentor and inspire a hugely talented team of insights professionals, plus take a strategic lead ensuring the production of compelling actionable insights that affords clients a perspective that's often lacking from more 'traditional' approaches. Naturally you'll also get involved in recruiting/growth strategies and project allocation/resourcing as the firm continues to thrive.
Ideally you'll be a hugely experienced Research Director or equivalent from agency/consultancy who has a credible track record in inspirational leadership and who is conversant in the way the insights industry has evolved via both technology and innovation, and has likely previously worked in environments that embody this. It will not suit those now 'removed' from day-to-day team activity and who are too bound up by theory/traditional practice; rather the ideal candidate will most likely be an innovator themselves who embraces technological advance, and who has played a hands-on role in team development/growth and implementation of successful client delivery strategies.
Not only will you be heading up a great insights team, you'll be back-up by method skilled peers plus collaborate very closely with super smart professionals in operations, product development, and account management/new business.
