You'll have the opportunity to work across an incredibly wide mixture of projects from brand health, pricing architecture, segmentation, advertising effectiveness and customer experience to U&A's, communications testing, innovation, and new product development.

With an incredibly flat management structure, in partnership with seniors who will mentor and guide your development, you'll be responsible for managing all elements of the cycle, and your days will be an accumulation of:

• Partnering with clients to deeply understand their problems
• Supporting seniors with proposals and pitches
• Designing impactful questionnaires
• Fieldwork and supplier relationship management
• Translating data into clear stories, solutions, and implementable recommendations
• Report writing and storytelling
• Putting your creative hat on, constantly sharing new ideas and looking for new solutions
• 1:1 mentoring from managers
• Attending internal and external training sessions to accelerate your knowledge
• Socialising with the team, whether that's over a drink, a game of soccer or a birthday cake

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of research, insights, data, analytics and consulting
• Experience with quantitative questionnaire design, project management and reporting
• Ambition, genuine investment in professional and personal growth, coupled with self-awareness
• Technical capabilities with analytical packages such as SPSS, excel and Q
