Job Spec: As part of a high-profile Comms and Consulting group, this Insight Consultancy has a diverse and sophisticated offering. As an Insight Manager you will join a dedicated team providing highly consultative and bespoke quantitative research, both continuous and ad hoc, to a diverse range of top consumer clients including service sector, retail, charity and travel. You will have versatility and the ability to understand and break down the client's marketing problem, so you can then offer appropriate insights to influence key marketing and management decisions. Projects include customer experience, communications testing, brand strategy and new product development as well as bespoke thought leadership pieces across a range of fascinating topics such as consumer duty, sustainability and diversity.
You will be equally at home with client management, design of research, project management and the generation and delivery of research insights at senior levels. The ability to convert insights into strategic recommendations is a must.
This is an ideal role for a confident researcher with strong quantitative skills (qualitative skills are a bonus!) who has managed both continuous and ad hoc studies and is keen to join a friendly, social environment in which to conduct and deliver great work to appreciative clients, while working closely with other like-minded professionals.
