This boutique consultancy creates research and strategy that leads to action, change and growth for social and commercial clients.

Sitting at the interception of research, branding, and creativity, they draw upon thinking from qualitative research, behavioural economics, strategy, anthropology, social insights, generative AI, branding and comms.

They specialise in brand strategy, creative development, cultural foresight, behaviour change and innovation, and partner with social, commercial and government clients.

As the agency continues its successful growth trajectory, they are excited to welcome a Qualitative Researcher/ Strategist to join them in Melbourne.

You'll join a team of anthropologists, strategists, researchers, quantitative specialists, and behavioural scientists - with a flat management structure, flexibility and personalised L&D.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with commercial and social clients from start-ups, scale-ups and everything in between
  • Proposal writing and co-pitching
  • Designing qualitative research
  • Project management across the entire strategy process, collaborating with suppliers and the internal strategy, experience, planning and creative teams.
  • Facilitating qualitative fieldwork - IDI's, workshops, co-creation sessions, focus groups, observations, ethnography sessions
  • Translating data into illuminating stories, critical and implementable insights that lead to clear solutions and recommendations and drive changes
  • Deliver impactful reports, strategy workshops and client presentations
  • Continue to bring new ways of thinking, methodological tools, innovation and ways to add value to clients.

It's essential that you have prior experience within an insights, strategy or market research consultancy, with a proven track record of working on qualitative projects from inception through to final delivery.
