Job Spec: We are currently seeking a Research Manager who has a strong background in qualitative research, whether this be pure or gained through mixed methods roles.

Your expertise should encompass all facets of qualitative market research, including its design, fieldwork and reporting, with the support and guidance of a director.

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, your interests should align with investments, pensions, and consumer perspectives within this domain. Diligence and attention to detail are qualities that define you, and you are more than willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute enthusiastically.

To excel in this role, you should;

• Be able to run projects from start to finish and be passionate in doing so
• Be content in moderating focus groups, conducting interviews, IDIs
• Have exceptional client-facing skills
• Have experience in financial services / working with FS clients
