Research Manager - Qualitative & Quantitative

As Melbourne grows, they're excited for a qualitative, quantitative or dualist (ideally!) researcher to join them. A career-progressing role, you'll partner closely with the senior leadership team with exposure to all elements of the research cycle with fast-tracked progression.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage new and established client relationships.
  • Design mixed method qualitative and quantitative research
  • Project management
  • Conducting and facilitating fieldwork
  • Weave stories from a variety of data
  • Deliver strategic reports and client presentations
  • Support senior management with proposals and BD
  • Shape thought leadership and new ways of thinking
  • Mentor, train and inspire junior members of the team

Desirable experience:
  • Prior experience in social or market research (agency side essential)
  • Broad experience in designing ad hoc research from pitch to presentation.
  • Qualitative and quantitative methodologies, or at least a passion for doing both as a dualist.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning new topics.
