What will you be doing?

Regularly switching your brain from tackling brand positioning for commercial companies to understanding public perceptions and influencing communications for government departments, no two days will ever be the same!

As an Account Director you will be confident in your ability to run research projects from pitch to presentation, managing client relationships throughout and mentoring more junior members of the team where required. With expertise across a variety of methodologies you will expertly advise your clients on the best approaches to take to their upcoming challenges, ensuring you remain future-focused and the whys and so what's of your data.

About you:

• 5-7 years' experience in full service primary research from an agency environment (or similar)
• A true dualist, or Quantitative expert open to learning qualitative methods
• Experience writing proposals, designing research, analysing data (Q, SPSS), and putting together and presenting insights stories
• Experience across commercial and government sectors preferred
• A team player who loves building strong relationships with colleagues and clients!
