Qualitative Consultant - Behavioural Science

The Behavioural Science division is the agency's core, and the team is growing with a newly created position for a Qualitative Consultant to join them.

The agency has an incredibly flat structure, meaning that from day one, you'll have exposure to all elements of the project process, from pitch through to presentation, responsible for:

  • Facilitating client conversations
  • Designing qualitative research and BSci frameworks
  • Project management
  • Writing discussion guides
  • Facilitating qualitative fieldwork- in-depth interviews, focus groups, co-creation sessions, ethnography, social listening, and online communities.
  • Decode qualitative data into clear recommendations.
  • Report writing, storytelling and client presenting.
Essentials:
  • 2+ years' agency experience in qualitative insights, strategy and BSCI
  • Strong qualitative toolkit, confident running IDIs and groups independently
  • Experience with all elements of the research cycle
  • A love of learning and a desire to solve problems
  • Empathy, curiosity and rigour
  • An interest in interest/ experience with BSci frameworks - heuristics, framing, behavioural nudging, scarcity, rational choice etc.
