What will you be doing?

• Take the lead on designing and managing a range of research projects covering brand health, brand positioning, policy evaluation, CX, segmentation and more.
• Work with clients across the public and private sectors (retail, charities, health, technology, government)
• Champion qualitative methodologies within the business. Work on strategic qualitative projects as well as collaborating with quant and data science experts on large scale mixed methodology pieces
• Utilise your intertest in consumer psychology and behavioural economics alongside traditional market research
• Be a strong leader and mentor to junior researchers
• Become an integral member of the tight-knit Melbourne team inputting into wider business strategy and culture

About you

• Extensive experience running strategic primary research from pitch to presentation for commercial and/or public sector clients
• Strong qualitative capabilities including focus group moderation, interviewing, ethnography, and digital techniques (online communities, video diaries etc.)
• A charismatic consultant with a passion for building relationships with both clients and colleagues
• An ability to roll with the punches, rise to the challenge and have a sense of humour whilst doing it!
