Job Spec: Are you looking to step-up into an Associate Director role where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, on a wide range of projects and will allow you to apply your mixed method background?

There will be the opportunity to apply your strategic thinking to clients spanning Public sector, Financial, Retail and Media to name a few. Projects range from proposition testing to customer closeness studies and understanding customer journeys.

You will act as a trusted consultant to your clients, able to understand their business issues and writing winning proposals.

In a nutshell you will need to bring with you:

  • A strong track record of delivering impactful research to clients
  • Excellent story telling skills and the ability to approach briefs and presentations creatively
  • Experience of integrating qual and quant projects and be a confident moderator
  • An ability to coach and develop colleagues to ensure they are growing professionally and in line with their aspirations
  • Proposals and business development experience
  • Broad sector and project expertise
