Join the public sector and commercial team at this leading strategy & insight consultancy and work on huge variety of ad-hoc and tracking studies for top government, charity, non-profit, retail, tech, leisure and financial clients.
As an Associate Director, you will take on a dynamic, entrepreneurial, client facing role and play a key part in the success of the team. From day one you will be managing projects from pitch to presentation, using your gravitas, methodological knowledge, and endless interest in consumer behaviour to deliver truly impactful strategies.
You will work closely with other internal teams including a dedicated creative team, to bring data to life and build compelling stories to present to clients - be it through PowerPoint, podcasts, video, or infographics. Alongside classic techniques you will be using innovative research tools such as online dashboards, video vox pops and apps as well as a variety of neuroscience research techniques.
The team pride themselves on their drive and passion, but also on the support and training they offer, and above all they encourage enthusiasm, creativity and ambition enabling you to develop and grow your skills further and propel your careers forwards.
A driven and energetic quantitative researcher, you will be at home with both hands-on delivery and leadership, including developing senior-level client relationships and line managing junior team members.
