Job Spec: We are on the hunt for a Commercial Head of European Sales for our global client, where you would be managing and developing a high-performing regional team of New Business Developers, helping to develop existing accounts and overall revenue growth.

You will work closely with both sales and delivery teams ensuring highly satisfied clients and focussing on Quality. It involves team management and client engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of New Business Developers and Account Managers fostering their professional growth and enabling them to excel in their roles. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success.
  2. Revenue Growth: Drive the development and execution of strategic sales plans, strategic account management, and work closely with delivery team leaders to meet and exceed revenue targets. Forecast, monitor sales performance, delivery performance and quality, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve commercial and financial objectives.
  3. Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Global Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional delivery teams to align sales strategies and delivery strategies with the overall company goals. Leverage insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
Please note you need to be based in the UK with a valid working permit, and have solid experience from a similar role at a Healthcare Data Collection / Panel Provider. You need to be able to give examples of the 4 key points above in order to be considered.
