With high-profile clients in host of sectors including media, technology, education, sport and retail, you will enjoy a huge amount of variety as you take the lead on projects, offering a strategic senior voice to your clients and being an inspiring leader to junior researchers.
Projects will be an eclectic mix and you'd be pushed to find a more forward-thinking, future focused team. Their approach to problem-solving is brief-led, not methodology-led, meaning they work on tailored strategic ad-hoc projects and are always looking for new methods, new approaches, and fresh thinking. Projects might include (but may not be limited to) brand health, ad testing, segmentations, U&As, customer journey mapping, concept/new product development.
As a Senior AD you will be taking the next step up in your career, not just taking ownership of clients and exciting projects, but taking your research skills to new levels and playing a key role in thought leadership, training and managing juniors and developing your strategic capabilities and methodological toolkit as you journey towards Director and Partner levels.
