With a good grounding across quantitative (and ideally some qualitative) research, gained on the research agency side, you will be looking for an opportunity to work strategically with internal stakeholders and contribute to delivering research insights that truly drive business strategy! Project design and management skills plus the ability to run ad-hoc and tracking work from end to end will be important, but above all you will need to be a researcher who goes one step further - always asking so what? How can we dig deeper? What's the story? What can we recommend from the insights to really drive our strategy forwards?

To communicate insights to a non-expert audiences, the successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills combined with highly analytical approach. An assured self-starter is sought, with a passion for insight, keen to succeed in a flexible, inclusive and inspiring environment.
