The role: Senior Consultant/Associate Director - Quantitative Strategy.
In response to continuous growth, the quantitative division is expanding, with a newly created role, a 2iC to the Director of Quantitative Insights. It's a rare one!
This role would suit consultative, curious and commercially astute quantitative researchers (ideally with 5+ years of experience) who love delving into complex data sets, are confident with the flow of research projects from pitch to presentation, looking to stretch their analytical and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing trusted client relationships.
- Crafting client briefs and compelling proposals.
- Overseeing project management from inception to delivery.
- Designing innovative research methodologies - quant/qual.
- Conducting data analysis using SPSS, Q, or Excel.
- Generating actionable insights.
- Delivering impactful reports and presentations to clients.
- Strengthening advanced analytical skills - choice modelling/regression.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting seniors in new business development.
- Empathic, genuine, and hands-on leadership.
