Are you looking to step-up into an Associate Director role where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, on a wide range of projects?

There will be the opportunity to apply your strategic thinking to clients spanning Public sector, Financial, Retail and Media to name a few. Projects range from proposition testing to customer closeness studies, branding and understanding customer journeys. You will act as a trusted consultant to your clients, able to understand their business issues and writing winning proposals.

In a nutshell you will need to bring with you:

  • A strong track record of delivering impactful research to clients
  • Excellent story telling skills and the ability to approach briefs and presentations creatively
  • An ability to coach and develop colleagues to ensure they are growing professionally and in line with their aspirations
  • Proposals and business development experience
  • Broad sector and project expertise
