As this is a newly created role, they are open to both people taking their first step up to Director level, or established directors looking for more autonomy and responsibility, in a future-thinking organisation. They are also open to quant, qual or mixed methods healthcare specialists, and people who have specific areas of interest in terms of the nature of the work and specialist areas in the sector.
