Job Spec: Our client is an evidence based strategy consultancy where insight is central to every project. They seek to add a high calibre quant specialist to the team. This is a boutique consultancy so the ideal candidate will be a brilliant quantie who is just as happy working on projects as they are talking to very senior people in client organisations.

They service a range of blue-chip consumer and B2B companies delivering sophisticated brand and comms, innovation/proposition development and customer multimarket strategy work. This is a company that is working closely with senior people within their client's organisations, generally head of insight, head of brand & C-suite. They are making a real impact on their client's business.

They flourish by basing their approach on classic research principles and applying astute brand & marketing nous and up to the minute thinking. They seek someone who still loves being hands on, takes pride in their quant skills, can distil meaning and help their clients use it.

They have kept the brief simple. Someone with strong quant skills, who is excellent with clients, can create compelling presentations and tell a great story. They look for quality and don't want to complicate it any more than that! For this reason they are open on backgrounds.
