From fast answers to developing deep market insights , the role of the Associate Director will be to utilise a range of in-house syndicated tools to ensure clients get the most value and actionable information possible from the data.
Managing a portfolio of leading retailers and CPG/FMCG brands, you will provide top client service via advanced project support and outstanding insights delivery. You will present regularly to your clients, both to keep them generally abreast of the market and to answer any ad-hoc requests. Your clients will want to be kept informed of ongoing trends, category and consumer analysis and be given tips to future -proof their brands - in short, you will be a true partner and consultant to them and an expert advisor in their market.
About you
- Experience delivering insights presentations to executive level audiences
- Be committed to driving value. You love putting your analytical skills to work and seeing the impact on your clients brands
- Able to spot opportunities to grow relationships
- You are a strong mentor. You will be the most experienced person in the Client Management team in Sydney so will be leading junior team members. Helping them build stories, deliver presentations, and improve their analytical and client management skills
- You are naturally curious. You learn by asking questions and love sinking your teeth into a variety of challenges
