As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with each of our sales teams to create and deliver effective training, evaluation, support and analysis services. As a sales management expert, you will help to remove roadblocks, optimize the use of our technology stack and ensure quality and reliability of sales data.

The right candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to work with a diverse and senior sales team to implement and manage sales enablement initiatives. Working proactively with the senior management team, you'll be responsible for driving best practices for reporting, forecasting and evolving our sales process.

This role requires building knowledge, trust and relationships across Recollective. You'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess current sales processes, structure and performance to fuel analytical insights and accelerate growth
  • Design, build, implement and evaluate Sales Enablement programs for the sales teams that help drive sales growth, domain expertise and product knowledge
  • Create and drive adoption of standardized sales operations, processes, tools and reporting
  • Ensure that sales teams have appropriate processes and metrics to continuously review and improve sales performance
  • Work with individual sales team members and team leaders to review sales pipeline and forecasts, improve close win rates and maximize sales
  • Assess individual sales reps' efforts to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, ensuring best practices are shared throughout the organization
  • Foster rigorous data governance. Flag inconsistencies and recommend alerts, reporting and process improvements
  • Collaborate to develop new sales analytics tools where required
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively, across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a broad span of Sales or Sales Enablement functions, ideally in the enterprise software industry. This includes:
    • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
    • Experience managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience
    • Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
  • 5+ years of experience selling and/or delivering market research
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce and Gong
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Ability to evaluate, interpret and organize large amounts of data quickly; advanced level of Excel preferred
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills; outstanding at structuring, interpreting, and presenting analysis
  • Global mindset, comfortable working with cross-regional, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, directly when it comes to working with a diverse and senior sales team
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible
  • In-depth understanding of modern sales and forecasting methodologies
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
