The Opportunity:
Are you an ambidextrous insights consultant fluid in qual and quant? We're looking for a budding people leader, passionate about social and commercial consultancy.
The magic of this role is the absolute variety of social impact work alongside the stretchy thinking of brand and marketing projects for some of Australia's favourite brands. Every problem is tackled co-creatively and solved through a customised research framework weaving quantitative and qualitative methodologies all the way through to strategic roadmap.
We are looking for a talented Associate Director to join the established team in Melbourne in a full-service, client-facing, insights role.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Bringing your own individual style and personality to enhance client relationships.
- Craft a variety of quant & qual research programs - social marketing, brand equity tracking, customer segmentation, communications strategy, behavioural insights and public policy.
- Manage the execution of research programs - often juggling multiple projects and diving in to diverse and fascinating topics
- Analysing data using statistical software - SPSS/Q
- Developing clear and concise reports and presentations
- Presenting findings to clients
- The agility and closeness of the small team feel but part of a much bigger business and plugged in to then network of trendy PR, creative and strategy agencies.
