Job Spec: This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Research Director to take charge of this research and consultancy business world-class Sydney Social and Government Research Practice. Already a highly successful unit, you will be handed the reins on client relationships and will lead the division to new success. Offering a variety of research solutions across behaviour change, brand and comms and program evaluation, this agency's reach and network are well established.

As well as developing, designing, and delivering best practice research you will manage, train and mentor a small team. Raising the profile of the division and writing winning tenders and proposals will also be key responsibilities. The drive to bring in new leads and relationships is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in another top-level market research agency
• Passionate about emerging trends and innovation within Social and Government Research
• Experienced across a broad range of research applications - both qual and quant.
• Able to tuck into the details and see the bigger picture.
