Job Spec: Operating across 120+ countries worldwide, including collaborations with the UN, UNICEF, TDC and WHO, our client is in search of a Social Researcher to become a part of their Middle East Research Team.

While familiarity with research in the Middle East and / or other developing regions is beneficial, it is not essential.

With a focus on reaching marginalized populations and addressing areas of conflict or difficulty, our client is deeply committed to driving positive change and is eager to welcome individuals who share this vision.

You will be supporting the Research Unit Lead by managing our client's portfolio of projects in the Middle East.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the main liaison for clients and build long-term relationships.
• Assume responsibility for client relations, maintaining regular communication to guarantee satisfaction with our services.
• Oversee research projects to ensure their successful execution in alignment with client needs and objectives.
• Provide leadership to junior staff members in a supervisory capacity.
• Maintain awareness of project budgets, ensuring proper allocation and management of resources, including travel expenses, fieldwork costs, translation services, and other incurred expenses.
• Recognize and explore potential business opportunities within your current client portfolio.

Travel for business purposes is also included - conducting training,, client briefings and presentations as required.

Requirements include:

• Experience within social research preferably from a Market Research agency.
• Demonstrated experience in Quantitative research methodologies (Qualitative also would be great!) from a Market Research Agency
• Client management
• Management of multi-country and / or international projects.
