Job Spec: Join the expanding Data Services Team of this highly regarded market research agency in a key Data Manager role!
Overseeing Data Executives and Senior Data Executives, you'll effectively be involved in resource allocation, line management, training and development plans as the agency embarks upon growth of its operational activity, due very much to a successful period for them overall. You'll be looking after a team that's mixed between remote and hybrid workers across all of its offices, and who get involved in script creation plus the production of data tables and analysis platforms, often working with large forms of data.
Ideally your technical skillset will mirror your team's, and thus incorporate tools/program languages and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, R, Python, Excel/VBA and SPSS. Additionally you'll have a credible degree of project management, leadership, mentoring and planning skills, be a strong communicator, and innovator. It's hugely advantageous that you have previously worked in a relatable position within market research, in order that you're familiar with processes and activity relating to survey based research/data collection and similar.
