Job Spec:

Strong behavioural science foundation.

A new brief for the start of 2024! We love working on those stand out briefs and this is one. This is a boutique agency who are going from strength to strength. Last year was a real success story and this year is looking super exciting. In summary, a wonderful opportunity for a quantitative agency researcher wanting to spread their wings, have more of say, put their stamp on things, be part of a team who really want and listen to new ideas from the ground up.

Experts in all things consumer, all of which is underpinned with behavioural science, we are looking for an AD level quant researcher who is looking to step up into a Director role. Whilst you will need to have consumer ad hoc research experience (ideally exposure to innovation, product/pack testing, shopper journey, broad brand/marketing related issues), just as important is being a real 'people person'; someone who thrives on working with clients, loves being part of their conversation as well as being a strong and collaborative team player.

Their leadership team are outstanding; grounded, inclusive, encouraging and very genuine. There is a really decent balance here, a happy team and scope to develop.

In a nutshell, this is a different agency opportunity to many as this is a rare opportunity for a forward and independent thinking quant researcher who wants to be part of and grow with this special agency.
