Job Spec: This role sits within the growing Quantitative division of a prestigious boutique research and consumer insights consultancy.

With a multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving, they draw upon a sophisticated suite of advanced analytics and qualitative and quantitative research methodologies combined with design thinking, mirroring that of a management consultancy.

You'll translate data into insights and immediate commercial value for top-tier brands within the technology, services, and finance sectors. It's strategic, intellectually stimulating and highly varied topics - demand forecasting, strategy, innovation, pricing, new product development, segmentation and choice modelling.

The position: Associate Director Quantitative Research

We're looking for a senior quantitative researcher to be a 2IC to the Head of Quant - with a seat at the leadership table, there is ample opportunity for accelerated career progression, development, and exposure to new ways of thinking.

Confident managing projects end-to-end, your responsibilities will encapsulate:

  • Building trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders
  • Writing compelling proposals that influence winning briefs
  • Juggling multiple customised projects & navigating competing priorities
  • Designing research, quant surveys, and project management
  • Integrating complex data sets
  • Translating insights into recommendations
  • Developing engaging reports, insights and presentations
  • Mentoring junior researchers
  • Refine your consulting expertise and advance your analytical and technical skills - conjoint, regression and choice modelling regression.
Key skills we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of quantitative research and insights experience, preferably within an agency
  • Broad quantitative research design and technical capabilities SPSS/Q
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and writing skills
  • Engaging personality to confidently influence C-suite executives.
  • Ability to transform insights into commercial business strategy
  • High EQ and ability to think analytically, critically, intuitively and laterally
  • Confidence in leading projects from pitch through to presentation
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
