Job Spec: This socially focused Insight Consultancy help their clients develop sustainable, consumer-focused financial products and services that are fair and accessible to all.
They utilise a full range of innovative and classic research tools including running their own communities to deliver insights to their high-profile financial services clients - asking their consumer audience questions to understand their environmental and social views, or to assess marketing material to ensure customer communication is clear and accessible.
As a Research Manager you will focus on designing and leading a range of quantitative research projects from quick turnaround and quantitative community research to large scale quant, segmentation and behavioural research.
Client facing and managing junior executives, you will lead quant projects from proposal writing and design through to insight generation and presenting to senior client stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to support mixed-methods approaches plus enjoy contributing to the continued development of the consultancy including evolving new approaches, finding and adopting innovative tools and promoting best practise.
This is a great role for a collaborative, adaptable team player with quantitative research experience gained in a research agency and confident communication skills.
