About the company
Our client is a consumer insight specialist focusing financial sector and working with large financial services names in the country. Their work feeds into the market strategies, product and service development, bringing the consumers and their clients together.
They have a small core team of researchers and are working with a much larger virtual team covering quant/qual researchers, behavioural scientists, innovation experts, data analysts,
etc covering projects both globally and UK.
They are now looking to recruit additional Research Manager to support the continued development of their growing business.
Your key duties & Responsibilities
- Managing quantitative research project
- Design, drafting and testing of surveys
- Preparation of analysis plans and crosstab specs
- Data analysis, reporting and presenting
- Manage more junior members of the team
- Preparing proposals for clients and supporting new business opportunities
- Minimum of 4-5 years' strong Quantitative research experience from MR agency in the UK
- Financial sector experience would be advantageous but not a deal breaker as long as you would have an interest in the sector
- Excellent data analysis skills including statistical analysis and associated tools
