Job Spec: Immerse yourself in the business of a leading multinational bank from a dedicated team delivering sharp CX measurement and strategy.

This role needs a data-savvy insights specialist, who can wrangle a large and rich data set to deliver sharp commercial insights on NPS, CX, Brand, Product and Service for the bank, and across the competitor landscape. You'll enjoy the standard tracking reporting, in addition to a constant stream of fascinating ad hoc data analysis.

A client facing role, you'll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand the priority business challenges and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

The role sits in a 50-strong Strategic Data Consultancy, winning awards for their ways of thinking across Strategy, Research, Experience and Technology.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of bespoke CX and NPS measurement programs using primary survey data
• Interrogate data to measure the link between company strategy and consumer behaviours
• Analysis includes regular tracking reporting and ad hoc requests
• Help establish KPIs to directly influence financial performance, and drive CX strategy
• Write insightful and succinct reports
• Develop reporting dashboards and leverage the latest technology
• Work closely with your team to ensure best-in class client service

What you need to apply?

• Minimum 4/5 years of experience in consumer insights and strategy
• Prior agency experience to have the hands-on research and analysis skills
• Strong with quantitative survey data, methodologies, and stats packages like Q.
• Financial Services experience for the win, but open to other Services experience
• Prior experience of CX/NPS tracking would be gold.
