About the company
Our client is an award-winning market research agency who are now on the hunt for a passionate and talented Senior Research Executive, or Research Executive looking to take the next step. Join a highly skilled qualitative team with a focus on consumer / FMCG.
Working alongside global brands, you can expect a varied work life, working on a multitude of projects across methodologies such as pack testing, brand strategy & positioning, idea testing, U&A, need based segmentation and more.
Your key duties & responsibilities
- Account Management - developing existing relationships with clients
- Managing end-to-end qualitative projects simultaneously from set up phase, to reporting & final debriefs
- Supportive the Directors, to design innovative proposals & pitches in response to often challenging briefs
- Managing workloads efficiently, providing project guidance and support to junior team members
- Considerable qualitative research experience working for another market research agency in the UK
- Ideally experience within the FMCG sector
- A collaborative approach, enjoying working alongside team members on projects
- A desire to work closely with clients to build and maintain relationships
- Great communication on all levels
- To be an organised individual, with strong problem-solving skills being able to work in a fast-paced environment
