Job Spec: This highly regarded, mid-sized boutique agency has a well-earned reputation for delivering great quality work that helps their clients achieve their goals. They have long-standing and close client relationships and they are seen as part of their clients' teams.

This role will work in their qual team. The qual team works across both commercial and social/not-for-profit clients - and this role focuses on the social/not for profit side. They boast an amazing portfolio of high-profile organisations and charities - and you would be the key contact for the agency's largest social client. This is a very large contract and the client only works with this agency for their qual. The relationship is extremely close, so much so that in this role, you would be helping the client identify the specifics of their challenges before proposing a way forward and running the end-to-end programmes, along with managing your team.

There are so many great briefs coming up in this area, many of them strategic - and important - in nature. From designing services which really help people in their day-to-day lives, including people with wide-ranging needs, through to creative design and messaging, the work is broad.

What stands out is that this agency has a huge amount of influence with their clients - they are listened to and they get to see the results of their work which they find particularly rewarding. Integrated research is at the heart of what this agency does so whilst this is a qual role, the quant and qual teams work closely together.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has a solid qual background, who can get to grips with complex and wide-ranging client challenges - someone who is focused on generating insight which delivers impact around strategy and action and who is clear and concise in their communication.

Ideally, we would like to see at least some experience of working with public sector/not for profit clients - and a clear interest in this area is a must.

We need to see strong technical qual skills - across traditional and digital. Increasingly they are being asked to do deliberative work so this would be a bonus.

And we need someone who loves being in front of clients.
