We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our steadily growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of latest ML techniques and the ability to design, develop and deploy AI products that solve business problems in the Market Research and Retail space.

Qualifications / Requirements

• MS in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles with a proven track record in productizing real-world AI systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building MLOps Platforms on the cloud such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines using orchestration tools (Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, etc.) for streamlined and efficient deployment of machine learning models and applications.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrable experience with ML techniques: computer vision, NLP, transfer learning, reinforcement learning and large language models.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Bash and demonstrable experience with deep learning toolkits like Pytorch, TensorFlow and CUDA.
• Experience leading a team of AI engineers and scientists (good to have)
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Previous startup experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable machine learning based products.
• Develop, validate, fine-tune, diagnose and audit new and existing Machine Learning models and pipelines.
• Develop scalable and efficient workflows and solutions for production environments.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI solutions.
• Keep up with the latest research in machine learning, computer vision and generative AI.
