The role: Brand Strategist / Strategist

This is a rare opportunity for a strategist in the foundational years of their career who want to accelerate their skills by working directly with the Head of Strategy & Insights. We're looking for thinkers who are equal parts intellectually rigorous and creatively curious, with an instinct for understanding the why and a penchant for common sense, combining left and right-brain thinking.

With a flat organisational hierarchy, you'll be involved with all elements of the strategy process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and brief. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong client relationships by understanding their problems, goals, and needs.
  • Co-leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Transforming observations into original and compelling insights.
  • Conducting desk research to identify emerging consumer and brand futures.
  • Weaving together data into brand-led insights.
  • Presenting insights to clients in a clear, tangible, and compelling manner.
Requirements:
  • Prior agency experience in strategy, research, insights, or a role exposing the candidate to brand strategy, branding, or design.
  • Client account management experience.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • An eye for design/aesthetics.
  • Drive to enhance skills in brand strategy.
  • Infinite curiosity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving brand-led problems.
