About the role: Research Consultant Qualitative & Quantitative

As a Dualist Research Consultant, you'll lead projects from pitch to presentation, manage clients confidently, and build strategic relationships.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Conversing with clients to deeply understand their problems
• Crafting research proposals
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative fieldwork
• Translating data into actionable insights
• Delivering reports and engaging client presentations
• Mentoring junior team members.

Projects range from behaviour change to communications evaluation, strategy, segmentation, customer experience, branding, and choice modelling.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of agency-side experience in social or commercial research
• Proven end-to-end project management
• Qualitative methodologies - IDI's, groups & workshops
• Technical quant skills with SPSS, Q, and Excel
• Empathy, humility, and critical thinking
