For the role of Team Leader, I'm keen to hear from Quant research specialists around Associate Director level who have a strong understanding of the research design, project management and delivery process. People management will feature heavily in this role so you must have a previous track record of managing, supporting and developing a small team. There will also be an element of developing client relationships, writing proposals and developing new accounts so you must be comfortable with business development activities.

This role can be based remotely so your location within the UK shouldn't be a barrier to application.
