The Role

Working across a range of strategic tracking and ad hoc projects, the role will see you leading client relationships and flexing your analytical and story-telling muscles every day. As a quantitative specialist, you will be used to running commercial projects from pitch to delivery and be skilled in breaking down problems in an analytical way.  You will truly immerse yourself in your clients' businesses, tailoring each approach and methodology to the brief and becoming a true advisor to many high profile brands.

Projects may include CX Journey mapping, behaviour change, sustainability strategies, new product development, early-stage comms development, brand perception and more. Client will be an eclectic mix across commercial industries.

About you

  • 5+ years agency side experience working across a mix of clients and projects
  • Strong quant research capabilities including survey design and analysis (Q)
  • Awesome client management skills and great gravitas when delivering insights stories
  • You will be super keen to learn and be part of growing team - play an integral role in great work and contribute to the culture in a tangible way
  • You love the idea of working somewhere you can play around. Where there are no templates or 'rules' of how to approach a problem and you can enjoy creative freedom as a researcher and strategist
  • Someone who values different perspectives and unique approaches. This is an all voices heard environment
