About MM-Eye

MM-Eye is a 100% Employee Owned market research agency that is on a mission to deliver Insights That Power Positive Change.

We see that businesses of every size and in every sector are under pressure to deliver social and environmental sustainability at the same time as commercial success. We help our clients step up to this challenge by engaging with their stakeholders to reveal meaningful truths, empowering them to make effective and responsible decisions.

The business is more than 15 years old and in January 2023 the Shareholding Board Directors transferred ownership of the business to its employees. As a 100% Employee Owned business MM-Eye is in a small but growing group of market research agencies. Employee Owned businesses are known to be more creative, customer-focused and innovative than equivalent companies with more traditional ownership models.

With a team of 20 we operate from a co-working space in London and our home offices. We operate a hybrid working model, seamlessly moving between virtual and in-person meetings.
As a business we practice what we preach when it comes to having a positive impact. In September 2023 we were very proud to achieve B Corp certification. As MRS Company Partners we have achieved the Fair Data accreditation and have signed up to the Net Zero and Inclusion pledges. Our overall commitment to our team and being a great place to work was recognised as we were finalists in last year's MRS Best Places to Work award.
