The company

Our client is going through a major growth period and is looking for the second in command to help grow their Social & Political capabilities and the team.

The work here will be varied and exciting and you will be working with leading charities, government departments, campaigns and non-profit organisations.

The opportunity

This role will be supporting the head to run this team whilst working on your own projects from start to finish. You will be the key contact for some of the largest accounts and the face of the company developing strong lasting relationships.

You will help to set strong standards on outputs, improve processes and be interested in finding new innovate ways of working.

In order to be considered for this role you need:

  • Strong Quantitative experience having worked for a Market Research agency in the UK (a MUST)
  • Experience and real interest in Political / Social research
  • Experience managing and developing more junior members of the team
  • Strong client development and account management experience
