Our client is a tech-driven, forward-thinking research agency who are expanding their exceptional research team and they are on the lookout for a dynamic Research Manager to help them bolster their expansion. You will be surrounded by a team of specialists committed to driving innovation, building exceptional technology and pushing boundaries. Work alongside major players in the social, political, consumer, and commercial space.

The opportunity:

As a Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operations process, and you'll be the driving force behind our projects whilst being supported by a highly knowledgeable and collaborative team. Driving and managing end-to-end quantitative projects, nurturing client communication, and delivering impactful insights that make a real difference. Our client is looking for an innovative mind, who thrives in taking the lead, and working autonomously, a curious mind that is open to trying new research methods, particularly in the analytics side, and with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.

What you should bring:

• 3-5 years of quantitative experience in a Market Research Agency in the UK
• Hands-on experience throughout a project's lifecycle, including questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data analysis, and presenting findings to the client
• Experience in conducting various statistical analyses and eager to acquire knowledge in new methods, technologies
